The Baptist Ministers' Conference for Women, Inc., is an organization that empowers, equips, and unites the community of female Baptist ministers and participating churches for the purpose of fellowship, edification, aiding those in need. The first of its kind, we aim to spread the Gospel locally, nationally, and internationally for the glory of God.

Our organization is unique in many ways. Our membership consists of ordained and licensed ministers only; however, we encourage community participation through our advisory board. Members of our advisory board are not required to be women, and they come from all walks of life - from stay-at-home mothers and teachers to bankers and judges. The purpose of our advisory board is to promote unity in the community because we recognize that it takes all of us to unite God's people globally.
